Hi, I'm Gloria

Living with a chronic spine disease never made any of my jobs easier

As a Class 1 holder, it became impossible to sit for long shifts. I had to leave my career. Bloated, overweight, and always tired, I used daily walks and gentle movements like Tia Chi to help with the inflammation. I began to make flower gardens... slowly. Introducing myself to my community wasn't easy, yet I found that participating quietly was my contribution. It became more than enough.

These 2 Modules are paired nicely -

Everyday Independence Skills will assist with the gentle movements, encourages to try again. Learning for the first time or reigniting the joys of just walking in Nature... bringing back some clarity to a clouded mind. PS... I work spare time, on my terms

Community on your terms - whether you choose to just participate on a quiet level or become a full-time volunteer, learning how to establish boundaries with confidence, builds up self-esteem.... perhaps for the first time.
